There are no complicated plans or confusing service levels, we simply charge by the hour.
After we get a feel for your business, we can switch to a monthly rate that works for you.
Bookkeeping Services
We charge $40/hour for basic, ongoing bookkeeping. Small businesses or side hustles may need as little as 1-2 hours of bookkeeping per month.
For catch-up (e.g. a full year of work done at the end of the year) or clean-up (going through your existing books to make sure everything was done correctly, making corrections if required) our rate is $50/hour, but only for the time it takes us to get you caught up.
After a few months, we can switch to a flat monthly rate to keep things consistent.
We also offer tax services, so you can save money by doing all of your accounting with the same company.

Accounting Services
Most side hustles and small businesses aren't complicated enough to require a costly CPA to do your taxes. On the other hand, big tax preparation companies might rush and overlook tax credits that you're entitled to.
We offer accounting services for small businesses such as corporate tax filing, T2125 forms for non-incorporated businesses, and general tax planning advice. You don't need to be a current bookkeeping client to work with us!
